Position Overview
We are currently seeking Remote Chat Support Representatives to join our team. This is a fully remote position available for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift coverage.
- 1st Shift (Day): 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST
- 2nd Shift (Evening): 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM EST
- 3rd Shift (Overnight): 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM EST
As a chat representative, you will interact with customers via live chat to resolve questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide general support. You will also assist with outbound follow-ups, account updates, and customer engagement campaigns.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy written communication, problem-solving, and working independently in a structured remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Respond to incoming customer inquiries through chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Problem Solving: Help customers with account access, product navigation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Documentation: Accurately record chat interactions and resolutions in the internal system.
- Team Collaboration: Escalate issues when necessary and work with supervisors to ensure smooth resolution of complex cases.
- Engagement: Maintain a positive, friendly tone in all interactions to promote customer satisfaction.
- Performance Metrics: Meet company standards for response time, quality scores, and overall productivity.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong written communication skills with attention to grammar and clarity.
- Ability to multitask across several chats while maintaining accuracy.
- Comfortable working independently during your assigned shift.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace free of distractions.
- Previous experience in chat support, customer service, or a similar role preferred, but not required.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays if needed (based on shift).
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to delivering quality service.
Compensation
- Hourly Rate: $16.00 – $20.00/hour, depending on experience and performance.
- Paid training provided at the start of employment.
