Job Description:
Delta Airlines is seeking motivated and reliable Remote Customer Service Representatives to assist our passengers with flight bookings, itinerary changes, and general inquiries. As the first point of contact, you’ll deliver excellent customer service while working from the comfort of your home.
Pay Range: $18 – $24 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Flexible shifts available, including evenings and weekends
Training: Comprehensive paid training provided
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers
- Assist with booking, rebooking, and cancellations
- Provide accurate information on flights, baggage, and Delta services
- Troubleshoot customer issues with empathy and professionalism
- Document customer interactions in Delta’s system

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- Prior customer service experience preferred (airline experience a plus)

Example Work Schedule & Duties
Monday – Friday
- 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Log in, review company updates, check emails, and prepare for calls
- 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM: Answer incoming customer calls (booking flights, assisting with itinerary changes, baggage questions)
- 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch break
- 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Handle live chat & email support for flight inquiries
- 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM: Process customer refunds, rebookings, and loyalty program issues
- 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM: Follow up on open tickets, update records in Delta’s system, prepare end-of-day summary
Saturday (Optional Overtime)
- 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM: Handle overflow customer support calls and emails; assist with last-minute travel changes
Sunday
- Off
