- Position: Remote Logistics Assistant
- Type: Entry-Level, Full-Time
- Training: Paid, 2 weeks (delivered via Zoom)
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (flexible options available)
- Pay: Starting at $18/hour + performance bonuses
- Work From: 100% Remote (no in-office requirement)

Duties & Responsibilities
- Communicate daily with drivers, warehouses, and logistics partners.
- Monitor delivery schedules and ensure timelines are met.
- Track shipments using web-based software tools.
- Provide updates and maintain accuracy in internal systems.
- Flag potential delays and escalate issues when necessary.
- Support logistics managers with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- No logistics experience required – full training provided.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be legally authorized to work and reside in the U.S.
- Reliable internet connection and computer suitable for remote work.
